热湃®气凝胶抗寒纤维/纱线,具有材质轻盈、蓄热锁温、持久抑菌、导湿透气等优异特性,同材质密度对比轻12%以上,在低温下隔热性能是棉布的5倍以上,纤维保温率优于羊绒材质,在-20℃以上的极端环境下可长时间发挥隔热保温性能。

AIREPAI ® aerogel cold-resistant fiber/yarn features outstanding properties such as light weight, heat storage and temperature retention, long-lasting antibacterial effect, moisture permeability and breathability. Compared with the same material, its density is over 12% lighter. At low temperatures, its heat insulation performance is more than five times that of cotton fabric, and the fiber insulation rate is better than that of cashmere material. It can maintain its heat insulation and heat preservation performance for a long time in extreme environments above -20℃.

1、材质轻盈The material is lightweight.

气凝胶是世界上目前密度最小的纳米级多孔固态材料,将气凝胶通过微气态混合制备专利技术融入纤维基材,可以令到纤维呈现丰富的层叠纳米多孔形态,纤维整体密度可下降12%以上,纤维变的更加轻质蓬松、轻松告别厚重、臃肿,宛如空气般灵动。

Aerogel is currently the world's lightest nano-porous solid material in terms of density. By integrating the patented technology of preparing aerogel through micro-gas mixture into the fiber substrate, the fibers can present a rich layered nano-porous morphology. The overall density of the fibers can be reduced by more than 12%, making them lighter, fluffier, and easily bid farewell to being heavy and bulky, as dynamic as air.

2、聚热锁温Heat collection and temperature lock

    空气是最好的隔热控温材料,气凝胶中90%以上是 10-30nm静止空气团,具有非常好的隔热效果;热湃®气凝胶抗寒纤维丰富的纳米多孔气团形成巨量叠状隔热层,能更好的阻隔外部低温抵御严寒,在同等质数下,导热系数下降超过15%以上,纤维保温率优于羊绒材料。

    Air is the best heat insulation and temperature control material. Over 90% of aerogel is composed of 10-30nm still air clusters, which have an excellent heat insulation effect. The rich nano-porous air clusters of AIREPAI® aerogel cold-resistant fibers form a huge stacked insulation layer, which can better block external low temperatures and resist severe cold. Under the same quality, the thermal conductivity decreases by more than 15%, and the fiber insulation rate is superior to that of cashmere materials.

3、生态抑菌Ecological antibacterial

热湃®气凝胶抗寒纤维在纺丝原液中实现二氧化硅气凝胶、生物活性因子、聚合物的充分融合和固化,生物活性因子所具有的生态抑菌性能可以较好的固化在纤维内部起到持久抑菌和美肤护肤的作用,经权威检测机构检测,多次洗涤后仍然可以达到国标AAA的抑菌标准。

AIREPAI® aerogel cold-resistant fiber achieves the full integration and solidification of silica aerogel, bioactive factors and polymers in the spinning solution. The ecological antibacterial performance of the bioactive factors can be well solidified inside the fiber to play a lasting antibacterial and skin-beautifying role.
