LightAIR ® phase change constant temperature cotton integrates the essence of aerospace technology. It encapsulates phase change materials with microcapsule technology to create an intelligent bidirectional temperature control system, precisely controlling the temperature within the range of 18℃ to 32℃. It has outstanding heat storage capacity, is less likely to get too cold, has a soft and skin-friendly texture, and is washable, wearable and more durable.

LightAIR ® phase change constant Temperature Cotton is an intelligent temperature-regulating composite material integrating aerospace technology. Its core lies in the use of Light Space microcapsules coated phase change material (L-PCM), which is embedded into the fiber substrate through nano-confined encapsulation technology to achieve bidirectional temperature regulation function.

  4. Intelligent bidirectional temperature regulation: When the ambient temperature rises, PCM changes from solid to liquid state, absorbing and storing heat. When the temperature drops, PCM re-solidifies and releases heat, maintaining a stable body surface temperature. Experimental data shows that its temperature control range can be precisely maintained between 18℃ and 32℃, effectively reducing the human body's perception of cold and heat stress.

    High energy storage and low subcooling: The product features a high enthalpy value, with an energy storage density per unit mass more than three times that of ordinary materials, and a subcooling degree below 5℃, ensuring an efficient and stable phase change process.
